What are "Walking Therapy Sessions?" I provide walking therapy sessions for those clients who are interested in exploring movement, dialogue, and nature in their healing process. Just as in office based therapy sessions, each walking session will be different based on what comes up for each person. It is a creative process in which client and therapist partner in a process of discovery in the natural world with no office walls. Walking sessions are not social meetings, but are working sessions devoted to the healing process and related to the on-going goals of the client's therapy. |
